Bodivite Vitamin C 500mg tablets supports a healthy immune function and contributes to normal collagen formation which helps with the development and maintenance of teeth, gums, skin, bones and connective tissue. 

Vitamin C assists in reduction of tiredness and fatigue and is an antioxidant assisting in maintenance of good health.

Directions for use:

Not Recommended for younger than 4.                                                                                    Children 4-8 years old: 1 tablet daily.                                                                                      Adults and children older than 8: 1-2 tablets daily

Keep out of reach of children. 
If you have a history of kidney stones you should avoid high doses of vitamin C due to increased risk of kidney stone formation.
