Recommended Use:

Adults (18 years and Older): Dissolve the entire contents of 1 sachet (9g) into 200 - 400ml cold water or as per taste preference. Take one serving in the morning and another throughout the day.

Enjoy as part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Consume in moderation.

Do not exceed 2 servings per day.

Children (4 to 8 years of age): Dissolve half a sachet (4,5g) in 200 - 400 ml cold water.

Not recommended for children under 4 years of age, pregnant or lactating women.
